You won’t be able to see yourself in the Directory but other companies can see you. To see your profile, click on Hi next to your name and click on View My Profile. This is how other companies may see you in their Directory or My Matches section.
You can see your notifications in 2 different ways: Click on the bell that you can find in the upper part of the page. 2. Go to your dashboard and go to the end of the page.
Every time any participant accepts a meeting request, you will receive an email/notification. To check that on the platform, you can click on Schedule → View/Update my schedule. In that section, you will find all your confirmed meetings. Also, you can see the confirmation in the Notifications.
To verify if your meeting request was sent correctly, go to your Inbox → Requests sent
You can see your full schedule of confirmed meetings by two ways: Click on Schedule → View/Update my schedule. Click on Dashboard → Manage your meetings → My Schedule → View/Update my schedule.
To add your confirmed meetings to your personal calendar you should: 1)Go to Schedule → View/Update my schedule. 2)Look for the meeting that you want to add to your personal calendar. 3)Click on Add to my calendar. 4) Select your calendar.
You can connect and chat with other users through the “Let’s Connect” service that our platform provides. You will be able to find this button under each participant in the Directory and My Matches. Please take into account that “Let’s Connect” allows you to chat with other participants, but it doesn’t schedule meetings.
To see your meeting requests you should click on Inbox → Requests received.
Once the event concludes, you will be able to access the platform and use the Let’s Connect service. The only thing that won’t be available is the schedule meetings feature. In other words, you won’t be able to schedule meetings through our platform.
You can contact and communicate with someone you didn’t match outside the platform communicating with that participant using the chat service that the platform provides: “Let’s connect”.
